Simple First Aid and CPR techniques taught in an interactive environment, for those who want an overview of CPR and First Aid for the home or work environment. The course covers CPR level A (for adults), as well as helping those who are choking, airway and breathing emergencies, and prevention of disease transmission.
6.5 – 8 hour course
3 year certification in Emergency First Aid & CPR Level A+
CPR Level C (Adult, Child, Baby) on request only
Includes Automated External Defibrillator (AED) and EpiPen certification
According to Canadian Red Cross or Heart & Stroke Foundation regulations
Who should attend?
Any person may attend this course. No prerequisite is required.
How do I prepare?
You should dress comfortably (you will be practicing CPR on the floor).
Bring a pen for note taking.
